Sunday

08:00: Arrival to the venue
08:30-14:00: Matches and Finals
11:00-11:45: Lunch (see lunch times here)
14:00: Medal Ceremony
14:30: Competition Ends

A link to the live stream on Handbollplay will be published in the days leading up to the Special Olympics Sweden Invitational Games (SOSIG).

Competition & Results

Mixed teams (Men and women play together).

Game format: 7 vs 7 (including goalkeeper).

Maximum 13 players per team.

Resin is not allowed.

Divisioning matches will be played with a size 1 ball. The ball size may be adjusted for different divisions after divisioning. Any changes will be decided by the Competition Management Team.

Divisioning

The competition begins on Saturday morning with
all teams playing several short divisional matches.

The divisional matches are 1x8 minutes.

All players in the team must participate in the divisioning matches.

During these matches, special judges watch how the teams play.
Then the teams are divided into groups with teams that are at
approximately the same level.
This is to make it as fair as possible.

Matches

The matches in the different divisions start after lunch on Saturday.
On Sunday, the remaining matches are played according to the schedule
established after the division.

Playing time: 2 x 10 minutes
